About FOP Lodge #4
Chartered in 1971, we represent the deputies of the Cook County Sheriff's Police — and we put our charitable mission to work every day across the county.
Who we are
The Cook County Sheriff's Police Lodge was established in 1971 as a Fraternal Order of Police lodge for the deputies of the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department. Today we represent active and retired members, support officers and families through hardship, and direct our charitable giving to local causes that matter.
FOP Lodge #4 is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization affiliated with the Illinois State Fraternal Order of Police and the National Fraternal Order of Police. Membership is drawn from active and retired Cook County Sheriff's Police officers.
